Iberian pork products of Medina del Encinar

Production: The Iberian pork products of Medina del Encinar are made from purebred Iberian pigs, a unique breed that is bred in freedom in areas of meadows and cork oak groves. The pigs feed on wild herbs and acorns from holm oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks and they undergo a strict quality control process and a final certification process in Jabugo. Medina del Encinar's Iberian products include gourmet food products divided into three product ranges:

1. Silver Series: Products made from pigs that feed on acorns, wild herbs and natural products, supplemented with high-quality fodder.
2. Gold Series: Products made from pigs that have only fed on acorns, wild herbs and other natural products in the meadows.
3. Family Reserve: A selection of the finest hams found in the Gold Series.
