Description
A maintenance agreement that eliminates IT-related incidence that disrupts the company's operations to ensure business continuity. An AAISI personnel will visit the customer site once a week to perform the following functions:
- Network audit (assess the condition of IT Infrastructure or countercheck the configuration made by the in-house IT group for the past week)
- Preventive maintenance activities
- IT Planning/consultation (recommending the possible areas for improvement)
