Tentay Nipa Sap Vinegar is made from pure, naturally fermented nipa palm sap of the Philippines. Tentay Nipa Sap Vinegar is without preservatives.

Tentay Cane Vinegar on the other hand comes unadulterated, with its natural sourness from the sugar cane juice through a process of acetic acid fermentation.
