Camansi “Sa sarap, hindi ka magsisi!”

The fruit of an indigenous plant, young camansi (breadnut), is peeled and sliced then cooked in coconut cream, seasoned with fermented shrimp and hot pepper. Best paired with fried or grilled fish, barbeque pork or chicken and it has NO PRESERVATIVES!
